Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Deposits

To reserve a tour date, a deposit of [AMOUNT / %] is required. This deposit constitutes consideration for the Company removing the date from our availability calendar and refusing other potential business.

2. Cancellation by Client

Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made more than [X] days prior to the scheduled tour date will receive a refund of the deposit, less a [$X] administrative processing fee.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than [X] days prior to the scheduled tour date will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit.

No-Show Policy: Failure to appear at the designated meeting location at the scheduled time ("No-Show") will result in the client being charged the full remaining balance of the service fee to the credit card on file. By booking, you expressly authorize this charge.

3. Cancellation by Company (Force Majeure)

The Company reserves the right to cancel or alter any itinerary due to weather, unsafe conditions, mechanical failure, or acts of God (Force Majeure).

Weather Decisions: The decision to cancel due to weather is at the sole discretion of the Captain.

Remedy: In the event of a Company-initiated cancellation, the Client's sole remedy shall be a refund of the deposit or a credit toward a future booking. The Company is not liable for incidental expenses incurred by the Client, including but not limited to travel, lodging, or third-party fees.
