Information you give us: When you book online, submit our contact form, call, text, or email us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, preferred dates, group size, trip type, and any notes you include.

Payment information: We do not collect or store card numbers on this Website. Online bookings and payments are processed by our booking provider, VallyPro, and its payment processors, which maintain their own security and privacy practices.

Usage information: As you browse, we and our service providers automatically collect information such as your device and browser type, pages viewed, referring site, approximate location (city level), and the time and date of your visit, using cookies and similar technologies.

3. How We Use Information

To respond to your inquiry, confirm availability, schedule your trip, and communicate with you before and after your tour.

To send trip details such as meeting location, weather updates, and changes to your booking.

To understand how visitors use the Website so we can improve it.

To meet legal, safety, insurance, and recordkeeping obligations, and to enforce our policies.

We do not send marketing emails or texts unless you ask us to.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand Website traffic. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect usage information, which Google processes under its own privacy policy. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. Blocking cookies will not stop the Website from working.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work, including:

Online booking: VallyPro handles reservations, scheduling, and payments made through our Book Now links, under VallyPro's own privacy policy.

Form processing: Web3Forms delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.

Hosting and media: Cloudflare hosts this Website and Bunny.net delivers our video.

Analytics: Google Analytics, as described above.

Online shop: Purchases at shop.epicairboattour.com are processed by Shopify under Shopify's privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the safety of our guests, crew, or others, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.

6. Data Retention and Security

We keep booking and contact information only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and insurance requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Children's Privacy

Our tours welcome families, but this Website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Bookings must be made by an adult. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at EpicAirboatTours@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Third-Party Links

The Website links to third-party sites, including our online booking provider (VallyPro), our social media pages, and our online shop. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review their policies before sharing information with them.

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Epic Airboat Tours ("Company"). They govern your access to and use of epicairboattour.com (the "Website"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Bookings

Online reservations are made through our booking provider, VallyPro, and are also subject to VallyPro's terms. Messages sent through our contact form do not confirm a reservation; a trip is booked only when it is confirmed through VallyPro or directly by us. Prices shown on the Website are for private trips, may change without notice, and are confirmed at the time of booking. Our Cancellation Policy and Liability Disclaimer apply to every booking.

3. Intellectual Property

The Website and its contents, including text, photos, video, logos, and design, are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: October 6, 2026

1. Booking and Deposits

Every Epic trip is private. The deposit required to hold your date is shown when you book online, or confirmed by us when you book by phone. The deposit is consideration for removing that date and time from our calendar and turning away other bookings. Your trip is not reserved until the deposit is received and your booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellation by You

More than 72 hours before your trip: You may reschedule at no charge, or cancel and receive a refund of your deposit.

Within 72 hours of your trip: Your deposit is non-refundable. We will try to move you to another available date when we can.

No-shows and late arrivals: If your group does not arrive at the meeting location within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time, the trip is treated as a no-show and the deposit is forfeited. Late arrivals may receive a shortened trip so the following booking runs on time.

To cancel or reschedule, call or text 954-663-9453. Requests are effective when we confirm receipt.

3. Cancellation by Epic (Weather and Safety)

Your safety comes first. We may cancel, shorten, or change any trip because of lightning, high winds, severe weather, unsafe water or wildlife conditions, mechanical issues, government closures, or other events beyond our control.

Weather calls: The decision to run, delay, or cancel a trip for weather or safety is made at the sole discretion of your captain.

Your options: If we cancel, you may reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund of your deposit. This is your sole remedy.

Light rain: Trips generally run in light rain. If we decide to go and you choose not to, standard cancellation terms apply.

We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other costs you incur in connection with a canceled or changed trip.

4. Hunts and Fishing Trips

Hunting and fishing trips follow the same terms. Guests are responsible for holding any license required by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission; please talk with us before your trip about what you need. A trip canceled because a guest lacks a required license is treated as a cancellation by you.

Liability Disclaimer

1. Nature of Activities

Epic Airboat Tours offers outdoor activities in the Florida Everglades, including airboat rides, fishing, and guided hunts for invasive species such as Burmese pythons. These activities carry inherent risks, known and unknown, including but not limited to drowning, falls, loud engine noise, sun and heat exposure, insects, contact with wild animals including alligators and snakes, use of hunting equipment, equipment failure, and physical exertion.

2. Acknowledgment of Risk

By booking a trip or relying on information from this Website, you acknowledge that you understand these risks. Your participation is voluntary, and you accept responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may result, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Follow all instructions from your captain, including seating, hearing protection, and safety equipment.

Tell us before the trip about any condition, pregnancy, or limitation that could affect your safety on an airboat.

Do not participate under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The captain may end a trip for unsafe behavior without a refund.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors in their group at all times.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Photos, videos, and descriptions on this Website are for illustration only. We do not guarantee wildlife sightings, catches, harvests, or weather conditions, and no refunds are issued based on the outcome of a trip.

5. Relationship to Signed Waiver

This disclaimer supplements, and does not replace, any written liability waiver or release you may be required to sign before your trip.
